Default celestial sigils

I have formed a rather tight knit group of people in our guild, BOM (Black Ops Mercenaries), and I have travelled to lions arch in search of getting a guild hall for our group. Then I find out that you need to buy a sigil if you do not want to go through the process of Hall of Heros battles. But to my dismay, when I arrived, they were out. And to find out that people have bought up all of them so they can monopolize the market sickens me. Every other item can be purchased by anyone, you don't have to buy from the scalpers. Why can't they put a cap of one celestial sigil per guild leader(only) so others who really want a guild of thier own don't have to be raped by those people who got there first? Heck, they could raise the price of a sigil at the trader to 20-30 platinum so only people who really are commited to owning a guild will even consider buying one. They really should remove the limited supply restriction so others like myself don't have to make those who got there before us rich by stealing from those who got there later.

Thank you,
Deadly Seraph aka Arkon Seraph

.when you get a guild hall youll know why they cost so much, and if you win the hall of heroes and manage to get a sigil count yourself lucky, with a pvp charecter just like mine ( im one level below it) ive won the hall of heroes about ...4 times..and never got a sigil ..so we ended up buying one for about 60 k..no biggey the guy who put most of the money to it gave 40 k, and in 1 day hes already at 60 k again...lol

It's not that they've bought them all up, it's that no one sells the sigils to the merchant.

If your guild is just through to Lion's Arch what do you need a Guild Hall for? They are used for L20 PvP combat. There isn't anything else there, no merchants, no storage, no anything except for a base to defend.

Right now in LA 30p sounds like a fortune, realize that many many players have spent upwords of 125p on a set of armor for one character (15p x 5 pieces, 3p x 4 pieces for black dye, and then materials costs). I've spent over 150p on runes for my characters and I give away most of the drops I get to guild members (I rarely sell items on market, I just pickup gold and sell surplus materials to vendors).

Shhhhh, we want more rookie guild halls to gobble up in GvG. LOL Seriously, you may want to unlock more elite skills and items before getting a guild hall. Most of my elite skills were found after ascension.

We (RI) are an international guild and it is difficult for our members to get together. Americans can't get in the Euro districts, God knows what the Asians are playing on. A guild hall will give us a meeting place all can get to quickly, and we are shopping for a Sigil now.

WTS: sigils, 75k

Seriously though, sigils are so easy to get it's laughable. Now, every HoH map, 3 drop. To give you some perspective, yesterday, my guild held for 18 rounds, before I d/ced. I assume they held beyond that, but I have 8 sigils, from yesterday alone. If your guild can't compete and take the HoH at least once, at some obscure hour of the day, then you probably don't need a guild hall, since you're certainly not ready for GvG.
